How to register with FastPass Password Management System
Option A: If you know your password but haven't registered for FastPass.
Go to the Password manager. Select "Start your password manager self-service session" and enter your University username in the User ID field. Click Continue.

Select "Enroll Into The Password Manager Service"

Your password is typically your DOB (Format: DDMMYYYY). If you haven't changed it, select "Enroll User Using Password."

Enter your username and password, and set up your Security Questions and Answers.

Note: You must select four security questions and four different answers. Make sure to note these down for future reference.
Go to the Password manager again, select the "Having Problems with a computer Login" option.

Select the "Reset Windows Password" option and the "Reset Password Using a Semi-Private Challenge/Response" option.

Answer the security questions, and set up your new password.
Note: You cannot reuse a password you have already used.

To complete the process, click Continue and OK in the next interface. You have now registered your account with the FastPass Password Management Service.
Option B: If you have been issued a Helpdesk PIN to register for FastPass.
Go to the Password manager. Select "Start your password manager self-service session" and enter your University username in the User ID field. Click Continue.

Select "Enroll Into The Password Manager Service"

If you have been issued a Helpdesk Pin, select the "Enroll User using Helpdesk Pin" option.

In the next interface, enter the PIN you were issued and press continue. Then, set up your Security Questions and Answers.

Go to the Password manager. Select "Start your password manager self-service session" and enter your University username in the User ID field. Click Continue.

Select the "Having Problems with a computer Login" option.
